Resolve Multi-Core Scheduling Anomalies
Frame rate plummeted to 48 FPS in dense cloud layers. I tried Windows performance bias, but E-Cores remained bottlenecked. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Regulator to set LL to L3 and VCCSA to 1.25V. Cinebench R23 scores rose from 35800 to 37200. HWiNFO showed temps at 78-84℃, and I backup the stable BIOS profile.
