Reducing Frame Time Spikes

Fighting in the Nine Realms, despite a high average FPS, I hit 30ms frame time spikes every few moments, which killed the combat rhythm. I tried lowering shadow quality to Medium; the visuals suffered greatly, but the micro-stutters remained, which was incredibly frustrating. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to maximize VRAM priority and cleared 3.5GB of redundant texture cache using the GamePP VRAM Tool. RTSS showed spikes dropped to 14-17ms, and GPU core temperature remained at 58-64℃ per AIDA64, while VRAM temps stayed at 72-78℃ per GPU-Z.
