Why does my PCCOOLER RT500 pump fail during Destiny 2 fights?

My pump speed dropped to 800 RPM, causing temps to hit 85℃ and triggering throttling. I tried increasing the page file to 32GB, which failed and dropped FPS to 45. I used GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to boost the pump to 1500 RPM and set the threshold to 75℃. AIDA64 confirmed temps stabilized at 72-76℃, and HWiNFO showed consistent pump speeds. This fix is vital to switch back to stable performance.
