How to fix pump response delays on Valkyrie V360 MERLIN?

There is nothing more frustrating than having the screen freeze for 2 seconds while riding through the world. Checking the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page, the Valkyrie V360 MERLIN pump was fluttering between 2000 - 2200 RPM, yet the CPU temp shot from 60℃ to 92℃ in just 3 seconds—classic heat soak. I first tried forcing the pump to 100% via the motherboard software, but the high-frequency resonance made my whole case shake and the temp barely dropped by 3℃; I was beyond disappointed. I then used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to move to 'Ultimate Performance' and swapped the pump control from DC to PWM in the BIOS.
