How to prevent FPS crashes during cavalry charges in Crimson Desert?

In vast desert battles, whenever many units collided, my frame rate would crash from 80 to 35. I tried lowering all in-game visual settings; the game looked terrible, but the frame drops remained, which drove me to seek a lower-level fix. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to force Extreme Performance and disabled C-State in the BIOS. RTSS showed average FPS rose from 42 to 65, CPU-Z confirmed frequency locked at 4.2 GHz, and AIDA64 tracked VRM temperatures at 76-85℃.
