Fix CPU Scheduling Anomalies
The frame rate plummeted from 144 to 60fps during nitro boost sprints, completely ruining the racing experience. I tried manually locking the CPU frequency first, but temperatures spiked, and frame rates became unstable, which was a frustratingly aggressive operation. I then used GamePP Power Plan Switcher to switch to High Performance mode and adjusted the fan curve to reduce noise. GamePP Frame Time Analyzer confirmed frame generation intervals converged to 6-8ms. GPU-Z monitoring showed CPU frequency stable between 3.8GHz-4.2GHz.
