How do I stop CPU downclocking in Avowed on the MSI B760M BOMBER DDR4?

I was frustrated when my frame rate dropped from 120 to 70 FPS in Avowed due to CPU downclocking. I tried increasing the page file, but it dropped FPS to 65, which was useless. I realized the VRM was overheating. Using the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel, I set front fans to 1500 RPM and rear to 1800 RPM. AIDA64 confirmed VRM temps dropped from 85°C to 65-70°C. CPU-Z showed frequency back to 5.0GHz. The game runs smoothly now.
