Valkyrie V240 LOKI Pressure Fix
During extended exploration in Ark 2, the Valkyrie V240 LOKI temperatures spiked abnormally, causing frame rates to drop from 120 to 90 FPS via MSI Afterburner. I first tried restarting the system, which temporarily lowered temperatures but failed to resolve the underlying issue. Using the GamePP Hardware Sensor page, I monitored the water cooling system, detected a slight air blockage, and performed a degassing operation. AIDA64 confirmed the CPU temperature dropped from 85C to 75C, and HWiNFO showed stable pump speeds, confirming the system was stable.
