How to fix high CPU temperatures and throttling in Splinter Cell Remake with Jonsbo CR-1000MAX?

During the stealth phases of Splinter Cell Remake, the Jonsbo CR-1000MAX temperatures remained high, causing concern about throttling. I first tried adding more case fans, but this resulted in excessive noise with limited cooling improvement. Using the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration panel, I optimized the fan speed strategy, raising the RPM at 75C from 1500 to 1700. AIDA64 confirmed the CPU temperature dropped to the 72-75C range, and HWiNFO showed stable fan speeds, verifying the optimization.
