Stabilizing CPU overclocking for Mass Effect
Traversing dense cloud layers dropped my FPS from 120 to 48, which was infuriating. I switched to Windows Performance mode, but the E-Core physics latency remained unchanged. I used the GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set Load Line to L3 and adjusted VCCSA to 1.25V. Cinebench R23 multi-core score improved to 37200 points from 35800. Temperature dropped to 82℃, and cloud rendering FPS stabilized at 95-110. The physics engine finally behaves as it should.
