Why is GTA VI loading slow on Soyo SY-King Dragon H410M and how to fix it?

Crossing the city, my loading bar stalled as GamePP showed bandwidth under 40%. I reseated the RAM, but it stayed single-channel. I then moved sticks to A2+B2 slots for dual-channel. GamePP confirmed bandwidth jumped to 85-92%, and MemTest86 showed zero errors. This configuration fix restores smooth scene transitions in GTA VI.
