Fixing Cooling Issues in Call of Duty
I was frustrated that the game felt like it had 200ms lag despite a 20ms network ping, disrupting my gameplay flow. I attempted manual overclocking to 5.5GHz, which caused a system blue screen and restart, completely failing the stress test. I used GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to increase the water pump speed from 60% to 100%. GamePP Hardware Sensor showed CPU temperature stabilizing from 95-98℃ to 85-88℃. Cinebench R23 multi-core test confirmed a stable score of 25000 points, eliminating the thermal throttling that mimicked network latency.
