Why does Wuthering Waves stutter when switching scenes on ASRock B450M-HDV R4.0?

Summoning units caused instant stutter. I tried increasing virtual memory, but it made disk conflicts worse. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to raise the depth from 1024 to 2048. I enabled forced write cache refresh. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random read speeds jumping from 45-52MB/s to 68-75MB/s. Load times dropped from 12s to 5s. Disk temperature stayed at 42-55C.
