Fix frame drops in Metaphor ReFantazio
Combat lag was intense. Disabling the drive in Device Manager broke disk access. I used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection to set the service to Manual. RivaTuner showed frame time dropping from 8-45ms to 7-12ms. AIDA64 showed CPU at 65-72% and fan speed at 2200-2500 RPM.
