How to fix Fanxiang S790E 4TB texture delay in Remnant II scenes?

Scene switching in Remnant II caused 8s texture delays. I tried increasing the page file to 32GB, which dropped FPS from 78 to 61. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to increase depth to 2048 and enable forced write cache flush. CrystalDiskMark confirmed 4K random read speeds improved from 45-52MB/s to 68-75MB/s, ensuring smooth transitions.
