Fix Frame Time Spikes
Need for Speed group fights had frame times jumping from 8ms to 42ms. I tried disabling the camera in Device Manager, which fixed the lag but killed my streaming. I used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detector to set Razer Synapse to manual start and enabled hardware encoding in OBS. RivaTuner confirmed frame intervals stabilized at 7-11ms, and OBS performance monitor showed no more fluctuations.
