How to stop frame drops in DEATH STRANDING 2 with Huntkey T620?

I felt the immersion break when the Huntkey Blizzard T620 failed to cool the CPU during time loops, causing a drop from 120 to 80 FPS. I tried setting fans to 100% in BIOS, but the noise was unbearable and temps stayed at 85-90°C per HWiNFO. I then used GamePP Fan Curve Panel to raise the 75°C threshold from 60% to 85%. GamePP Sensor Page now shows stable 78-83°C temps and frame times down to 8-10ms.
