Service not effective or abnormal deduction

If the membership service is not effective due to system issues (such as failure to activate membership privileges, failure to activate services after deduction, etc.), users can apply for a full refund.

Mistaken purchase or duplicate deduction

If users make duplicate or incorrect purchases due to operational errors (such as subscribing to unnecessary membership packages), they can apply for a refund in a timely manner after purchase, ensuring that they have not used their membership benefits.
