GPU I/O Bottleneck Fix
Stutters were distracting. Disabling sync services slowed the system. I used GamePP Hardware Sensor to raise GPU temp threshold from 80 to 85°C. Cinebench R23 showed stable 68-72°C temps. 4K read/write held at 70-75MB/s.
