Why is there a 1-2 second black screen in Resident Evil 9 mansion scenes?

Black screens broke the horror atmosphere constantly. Changing Windows power plans failed and caused hangs. I used GamePP to disable NVMe APST and set Highest Performance. CrystalDiskMark showed stable 3500MB/s reads. Transition time dropped from 1.5s to 0.2s, with temp at 48℃.
