Fixing Power Supply Instability
Voltage dropped to 11.8V, causing FPS to halve. I tried increasing power limits, which caused reboots. Using GamePP Power Plan Switcher, I enabled High Performance mode. AIDA64 now verifies 11.9-12.0V stability and 8-10ms frame times, confirming the power issue is resolved.
