Why are loading times long during teleportation in Metal Gear Solid Delta?

Teleportation took 15 seconds, breaking immersion. I tried increasing virtual memory, but the effect was minimal. Using GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration, I increased the depth from 1024 to 2048. This allowed more simultaneous texture requests. After optimizing the power plan, HWiNFO showed storage temperature at 45-50℃. CrystalDiskMark confirmed stable speeds. The Huntkey Blizzard T620 Colorful now powers the system without ripple issues, and loading is significantly faster.
