How to fix frame drops in Raft racing scenes?

Lag was annoying. AHCI mode in BIOS actually hurt performance. I used GamePP NVMe Config to increase queue depth from 512 to 2048. RTSS showed frame time dropping from 12-20ms to 8-10ms. Drive temps stayed at 45-50°C.
