Why does STARFIELD have slow texture loading with Asgard Bragi II DDR5 6800?

I was annoyed by pixelated textures in STARFIELD's open world. I tried increasing page file size to 32GB, which dropped my FPS from 78 to 61. Instead, I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to raise the queue depth to 2048. CrystalDiskMark confirmed 4K random reads rose to 68-75MB/s. My Asgard Bragi II DDR5 6800 stayed stable at 46-52℃, finally letting me explore the galaxy without visual glitches to fix.
