How do I fix blurred facial details in Winds Aris on an Intel Core i5 12600KF?

Sun Wukong's face looked like a soft-focus filter. I tried Balanced mode, but it increased FPS by 8 while worsening the blur. I used GamePP to raise DLSS sharpening from 50 to 75. RivaTuner confirmed the render resolution was 100%, and the metal textures became sharp again.
