Kai no Kiseki has texture delays with Corsair LPX DDR4 3200MHz, should I manually tweak timings?

Finally got the system stability sorted. MemTest86 passed 5 consecutive cycles with zero errors, and textures now pop in instantly. It was a nightmare in town scenes where distant buildings looked like blurry mosaics; the default 16-18-18-38 timings on my Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200MHz were hitting 95ns latency. I tried increasing the page file first, but my FPS tanked from 60 to 45, which felt terrible. I then dove into the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjust Wizard, tightened the primary timings to 16-16-16-36 and bumped voltage from 1.2V to 1.35V. AIDA64 showed latency dropping to 72ns, and the smoothness came back immediately. RAM temps stayed around 42°C - 48°C with stable VRMs.
