Why is Spider-Man 2 loading slow on Colorful B850M?

I was stuck in Spider-Man 2; the Colorful B850M-PLUS S WIFI7 V14 PCIe link downgraded. I re-plugged the drive, which failed. I used GamePP Hardware Sensor Page to calibrate voltage to +0.01V. CrystalDiskMark showed 6800-7200MB/s. HWiNFO confirmed Gen4 x4. Temp was 45-52°C. Latency is gone.
