Why does the Deepcool AS500 Plus ARGB cause CPU throttling in Metal Gear Solid Delta firefights?

Intense firefights caused CPU temps to spike and throttle. I tried maxing fan speed, but the noise was unbearable. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Panel to set low RPM below 70℃ and rapid increase above 80℃. AIDA64 confirmed peak temps dropped from 95℃ to 82℃, ensuring stable 68-75℃ operation.
