Fix Zenless Zone Zero Loading on Sapphire RX 590
Zenless Zone Zero froze at 90% loading for over a minute, which was maddening. I updated the driver, but the game crashed on launch immediately. I switched to the GamePP Resource Scheduler, set the process priority to Highest, and disabled background sync. Loading time dropped from >60s to 15s per GamePP timer. Frame rate stabilized at 60 FPS with 16.6ms frame time via MSI Afterburner. This fix restores smooth gameplay.
