Is the ASUS TUF B760M-PLUS D4 causing TLOU II PC crashes?
My system only became rock solid after I tweaked the Vcore voltage to 1.32V and set the Load-Line Calibration to L2 mode. Before that, every time I entered the dense vegetation of downtown Seattle, the ASUS TUF GAMING B760M-PLUS D4 suffered a transient voltage drop due to current spikes, triggering an instant reboot. Getting booted from the game during a narrative peak is an absolute soul-crushing experience. I tried flashing the latest BIOS, but the 'Auto' voltage was way too conservative for these spikes. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjust Wizard to pinpoint the exact drop threshold and bumped the compensation by 0.05V.
