Optimizing CPU Core Scheduling

During high-intensity matches, triggering flashy finishers caused sudden 30ms frame drops, which is a disaster for fighting games. I first tried disabling all E-Cores in the BIOS; while frames stabilized, my background recording software crashed immediately. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to elevate the game process priority to Realtime and locked it to P-Cores. Frame generation time dropped to 7-11ms per RTSS, temps hit 65-78℃ per AIDA64, and core frequencies stabilized at 5.2-5.5GHz per CPU-Z. It's a total fix at 5.5GHz
