Why do I get a black screen when loading indoor scenes in Tales of Arise?

Switching from outdoor to indoor scenes triggered a 3-second black screen, which broke my immersion completely. I attempted a chipset driver update, but the stuttering remained, making the effort feel wasted. I used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection to disable conflicting services and increased NVMe queue depth to 1024. CrystalDiskMark verified I/O latency dropped from 15ms to 8ms, and the drive stayed at 48℃, finally fixing the load times.
