Solving STARFIELD Texture Lag
Walking through Neon city was a nightmare; distant building textures appeared like pixel blocks, which was eye-straining at 2K. I first tried increasing the page file to 32GB, but instead of fixing the lag, my frame rate dropped from 55 to 42 FPS. I then used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Guide to tighten timings to 18-20-20-46 and bump voltage to 1.3V per CPU-Z. Latency dropped to 76ns per AIDA64, and VRM temperatures stayed within 58-63℃ per AIDA64, making the city feel solid.
