Are DLL runtime errors killing my Seagate FireCuda 540 boot?

This crash was a total nightmare on Win10 22H2. Report RE-V-09 pinpointed the crash exactly during the anti-cheat DLL verification phase. I tried the standard 'overinstall' of the runtimes, but 3DMark stress tests showed the controller response was still swinging between 0.32s - 0.47s. Nothing worked until I realized it was a permission block. I right-clicked the repair tool, ran it as Administrator, and forced a system file scan which recovered 2.8GB - 3.5GB of corrupted cache fragments. Finally, the AIDA64 storage benchmark showed a smooth read curve. But keep in mind, I still get a 1-2 second black screen during some cold boots. This is likely just how the FireCuda handles wakeup calls, and it is probably impossible to fully erase that.
