RDR2 Memory Stability Guide
Walking through Saint Denis, my screen suddenly went black with a memory error; the unpredictability was a nightmare. I first tried lowering memory frequency to 4800MHz in BIOS, but that just tanked my minimum frames from 62 to 48. I finally used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to fix VDD voltage at 1.38V and set load-line to L3 mode. MemTest86 confirmed zero errors, while HWInfo64 showed a voltage drop of only 0.07V and AIDA64 verified VRMs at 62-68℃ with RAM at 46-52℃.
