Why does No Rest for the Wicked stutter on Corsair RAM?

Entering the dungeon, my screen stuttered like a slideshow. I tried increasing the page file to 16GB, but it dropped FPS from 72 to 58. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Regulator to tighten timings to 14-16-16-34 and raised voltage to 1.40V. AIDA64 showed latency dropping from 95-108ns to 72-78ns, and MemTest86 confirmed stability.
