Why does my Seagate FireCuda 510 2TB stutter in Need for Speed multiplayer?

My screen stuttered hard during a New York battle. I tried clearing background processes, but the write speed stayed low at 800MB/s. I used GamePP Hardware Sensor Page to switch the cache strategy from Conservative to Smart Allocation. Benchmark tests confirmed write speed stabilized at 6500-7000MB/s. GamePP Hardware Sensor showed SLC cache usage dropping from >95% to 65-70%. The combat is finally responsive.
