Optimizing VRAM Scheduling
Tracking giant beasts in the wild was a nightmare; the screen exhibited subtle twitches during dense effects, which is deadly for precise positioning. I first tried enabling 'Extreme Performance' in the driver panel, but while average FPS rose, the 1% lows stayed around 40 FPS per RTSS. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the process priority to Realtime and restricted driver preemption. RTSS then showed frame times converging from 18-32ms to 12-17ms, with VRAM temps at 62-68℃ per AIDA64 and fans at 1400-1600RPM per Hardware Sensor.
