Metal Gear Solid V Latency Fix
At critical moments while sneaking into outposts, the screen would stutter without warning, feeling like a signal dropout that ruined my stealth runs. I tried increasing the system page file to 32GB, but it didn't help the stuttering and actually increased loading times by 2 seconds, which was incredibly frustrating. I eventually used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set the load-line to L2 and tweaked VCCSA to 1.15V. AIDA64 memory latency tests showed a drop from 110ns to 82-88ns, while HWInfo showed Vcore voltage stable at 1.12-1.28V and memory temps at 30-65℃.
