Stopping Metro Exodus Memory Crashes
Navigating the tunnels in Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition caused my JGinyue X79 PRO memory controller to throw errors, abruptly rebooting my system. I tried resetting the BIOS to defaults, which stabilized the system but significantly lowered the frame rate, an unacceptable compromise. I used the GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Wizard to relax timings from 11-11-11-28 to 12-12-12-30 and fine-tuned the voltage to 1.55V. MemTest86 confirmed zero errors across 4 consecutive scans, and memory temperature stabilized at 45-50℃ per GamePP Sensor.
