Eliminating Kyoto Street Stutters
Walking through the streets of Kyoto, the screen suddenly hit continuous micro-stutters, which is deadly in fast combat. I felt totally powerless. I tried increasing virtual memory to 64GB, but the stutter frequency didn't drop and the system just became sluggish. I finally accessed GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration, raised the depth from 1024 to 2048, and enabled forced write cache flush. Random read speed reached 88MB/s per CrystalDiskMark, loading dropped to 4s via Internal Timer, and temps stayed 45-58℃ per HWMonitor.
