Resolve Judgment Loading Stutters
Loading screens in Judgment kept hitching. I thought it was the PSU cable, so I swapped it, but the issue persisted. Voltage dropped to 1.18V under load per AIDA64. I realized the power plan was the bottleneck. I used GamePP Power Plan Switcher to move to 'High Performance'. Now, voltage stays steady at 1.25-1.30V. Load times dropped from 12s to 8s. The system feels rock solid now.
