How to fix texture loading delays in Ground Control 2 with DDR5?

Entering the FBC headquarters, every time a spatial distortion occurred, wall textures would delay for a second before becoming clear, which felt like terrible lag. I first tried disabling all unnecessary visual effects in the system, but loading speeds didn't improve at all, which was incredibly frustrating. Using the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard, I tweaked the voltage from 1.35V to 1.38V and locked timings to 32-36-36-72. MemTest86 scans subsequently showed 0 errors, and HWiNFO confirmed that memory temperature stabilized at 52-58℃.
