PCIe Link Speed Restoration
The stutter during time loop restarts felt like a stuck gear, with the screen freezing for up to 3 seconds per GamePP Frame Generation Time. I attempted a BIOS update, but it failed and left the system unbootable, which was a huge pain. I accessed the GamePP Hardware Sensor, identified the PCIe link degradation, and manually reset the slot driver. This restored the speed to Gen3. Subsequent tests showed I/O latency dropping from 45μs to 5μs via CrystalDiskMark, and the hard drive temperature stabilized at 40-46℃ per HWiNFO64, confirming the fix.
