Correcting CPU Downclocking

It was a nightmare; during rapid cover moves, my FPS plummeted from 60 to 30, ruining the combat rhythm. I first tried disabling all power-saving options in the BIOS, but the VRM temperature soared to 95℃ per HWMonitor without fixing the drops. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Calibration Wizard to set L3 mode and tuned VCC core voltage to 1.22V. Cinebench R23 tests showed frequency fluctuations narrowed to ±50MHz, and HWMonitor confirmed CPU temps stabilized at 72-78℃.
