Solving City View Freezing
Managing huge industrial areas was a nightmare; switching views caused the screen to freeze, which is incredibly frustrating for a simulation game. I tried enabling all power-saving options in BIOS, but while temps dropped 3°C, the minimum FPS plummeted from 40 to 25—a depressing failure. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game process to Real-time priority and restricted background CPU usage. RTSS showed frame times converged to 15-20ms, and AIDA64 confirmed CPU temps stabilized at 72-78°C.
