Optimizing Zhitai Ti600 Read Speed
Speeding through Mexico was a pain when distant mountains looked like pixel blocks due to read latency. I tried increasing the system page file to 64GB, but it didn't help and actually dropped my frame rate from 95 to 72 FPS per RTSS. I finally accessed the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration, bumping the depth from 32 to 128. The result was instant. Frame time fluctuations converged to 12-22ms per RTSS, random 4K reads hit 35-52MB/s per CrystalDiskMark, and SSD temps stayed at 46-52℃ per HWiNFO with fans at 1600RPM.
