Why does Fortnite stutter during loading on my Cooler Master system?

I kept getting brief stutters during Fortnite level loads, and it felt like the system was hanging. I initially swapped the power cable, thinking it was a connection issue, but the stutters persisted, which was incredibly frustrating. I realized the power plan was the bottleneck, so I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to shift from Balanced to High Performance. I then monitored the voltage via AIDA64, seeing it stabilize between 1.25V and 1.30V. In the second test, the loading time dropped from 10 seconds to just 7 seconds. The system stability is now rock solid, effectively fixing the power supply fluctuations.
