Ending Competitive Stutters

In the final circle, my screen would suddenly freeze for 0.3 seconds, which is an absolute nightmare in competitive play. I tried lowering all graphics settings to minimum; average FPS rose, but 1% lows remained unstable per RTSS, proving the bottleneck was scheduling. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game process to Realtime priority and forced the VRAM bandwidth priority strategy. RTSS showed frame times stabilized at 11-16ms, with VRAM temperature at 42-48℃ per GamePP and core temps at 55-62℃ via AIDA64.
