Stop Open World Tearing
Sprinting through Insomnia was a nightmare; annoying tearing lines on the screen edges completely destroyed the cinematic feel. I tried enabling V-Sync in-game, but the resulting input lag was unbearable and made the game feel sluggish. To solve this, I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system in High Performance mode and disabled core parking. CPU-Z verified that frequency fluctuations were suppressed within ±100MHz, and HWiNFO showed VRM temperatures stabilized at 68-75℃, while FrameView showed a stable line.
